Villa Cortez is how it all started, designed and built for our SAMSAM owners by a friend and expert in Southeast Asian architecture. A tropical masterpiece with a beautiful hand-crafted wooden designs, Villa Cortez provides a very open and bright living space. The 300+ square meter house with an open kitchen and high ceilings is spacious, airy, and welcoming. Two large bedrooms with a terrace, balcony and artistically styled bathrooms create a relaxed, and comfortable feeling. The front of the Villa faces beautiful views of Phang Nga Bay and the limestone cliffs of Koh Hong and Koh Phak Bia, as well as the more remote formations closer to Krabi. As soon as the sun peeks over those cliffs on its morning journey, it will give early risers a dazzling, divine experience every morning.

Your own cozy bamboo spa area with private sauna and wooden bathtub, your 16-meter private pool with large outdoor area, and unrestricted views of the sea and its islands, all contribute to the perfection of this unique space. Every day in Villa Cortez, you will wake up to the morning songs of the birds, just to watch the sun paint brilliant colours across the sky, the sea and the limestone islands in front of you. Though all of our Villas are built to blend in with their natural environment, Villa Cortez is the epitome of classical tropical style architecture designed by a master expert of this art and built with natural materials, some of which are impossible to find today.
